Pulsar

Pulsar is the leader in ultrasonic level technology!  We specialize in liquid and solid level, pump control, sludge blanket interface and open channel flow in all industries.  We have evolved in the Digital World with our superior ultrasonic transducers that are immune to electrical noise and have a 3 degree effective beam angle (almost like a laser).  Our algorithms will lock on to the true echo for maintenance-free reliability and automatically map out the false echoes created from ladders, pipes, and other obstructions.  We offer 30 day trials on all products - performance guaranteed!

Angled Mounting Brackets Hinged Mounting Brackets Transducer Flange Options

Pulsar offers a range of brackets to suit your application, designed to give you the easiest way to mount Pulsar ultrasonic and radar transducers. Pulsar's angled transducer brackets offer an easy-mounting solution for any of the dB series transducers and IMP level sensors, providing a stable method of mounting a transducer to a wall or hatch. The brackets are made from hot-dipped galvanized steel and come in a variety of configurations.

Pulsar's hinged transducer bracket is an easy-mounting solution for any of the dB series transducers, providing a stable method of positioning a transducer above an application. The bracket is made from hot-dipped galvanized steel and is hinged to allow the transducer to be swiveled up for cleaning or to allow access. The transducer can then be returned to the original position with no need to recalibrate.

A range of blind PVC flanges with central 1” BSP or NPT hole is available. These are for mounting transducers within a standpipe or tank using rear thread or dB3 front thread mounting. These are available in 2”, 3”, 4” and 6” ANSI or DIN 80, DIN 100, DIN 150 and DIN 200 patterns
