TTFM 6.1 TRANSIT TIME FLOWMETER PTFM 1.0 PORTABLE TRANSIT TIME FLOWMETER PT400 PORTABLE TRANSIT TIME FLOWMETER

TTFM 6.1 Transit Time Flow Meter operates by measuring the “transit time” or “time of flight” for ultrasonic sound pulses transmitted from one transducer to another. Depending on the mounting configuration, the signal may cross the pipe once, twice or four times. To measure flow the transit time is compared between ultrasonic signals travelling upstream and downstream.The TTFM 6.1 works on a wide range of pipe sizes and materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, ductile iron, concrete lined ductile iron, cast iron, PVC, PVDF, fiberglass, copper, brass, aluminum and pipes with bonded liners including epoxy, rubber and Teflon.

PTFM 1.0 ultrasonic transducers clamp-on the outside of pipes from 2" to 48" (50 to 1200 mm) diameter. The ultrasonic signal works through common pipe materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, ductile iron, cast iron, PVC, PVDF, fiberglass, copper, brass, aluminum and pipes with bonded liners including epoxy, rubber and Teflon. Transducers can be mounted without shutting down flow and there is no obstruction or pressure drop. It measures and totalizes forward and reverse flow. Calibration is easy with the onscreen menu system. Just enter the pipe diameter, wall thickness and pipe material. The PTFM 1.0 is powered by internal, rechargeable NiMH battery or can be operated continuously with AC power adapter. Each PTFM 1.0 includes a watertight carry case, transducer set, cables and mounting clamps.

Portaflow calibration is easy with the onscreen menu system. Enter the pipe diameter, wall thickness and pipe material, and the PT400 calculates the optimum mounting method and separation distance for the sensors. Calibration parameters can be stored for up to 20 different sites so that operators can recall calibration setups from the Portaflow memory. Use the 5V pulse or 4-20mA output to transmit to external devices like data loggers or recorders.The PT400 includes 'A' or 'B' sensor pairs, stainless steel guiderail and mounting clamps, sensor cables, coupling compound and AC charger with a rugged polypropylene carry case. It operates up to 16 hours from internal batteries and recharges overnight.

DFM 6.1 DOPPLER FLOW METER PDFM 5.1 PORTABLE DOPPLER FLOW METER DFS 5.1 DOPPLER FLOW SWITCH

DFM 6.1 is designed for "difficult liquids" that would damage regular flow meters - wastewater, slurries, sludge, chemicals, viscous liquids and abrasives. No obstruction to flow and no pressure drop. The non-intrusive, clamp-on ultrasonic sensor fits any pipe 1/2" (12.5 mm) Inside Diameter or larger. DFM 6.1 features enhanced performance in a wide range of applications. Improved industrial noise immunity filters potential interference sources. Sensor cable can be extended up to 500 ft. (152 m) with no loss of signal. The standard sensor is rated non-incendive for Class I, Division 2 hazardous locations and the DFM 6.1 can be equipped with optional Intrinsic Safety Barriers for sensor installation in Class I, Division I hazardous locations.

PDFM 5.1 is AC/DC powered with built-in NiMH batteries and external charger. With its 4-20mA output you can use the PDFM 5.1 as a spare transmitter in critical applications. The built-in 300,000 point Data Logger for flow studies and troubleshooting. Retrieve data logs with 'Greyline Logger' software is included free with each PDFM 5.1. Connect the USB output directly to your PC or Laptop to download data logger files.Ideal for troubleshooting, balancing and checking performance of permanent flow meters. The new PDFM 5.1 is fast and easy to operate. You can mount the sensor on the outside of a pipe in less than a minute. Use the built-in keypad calibration menu to set up the flowmeter in your application.

DFS 5.1 control relay can be set to turn ON and OFF at any flow rate between 0.25 and 10 ft/sec (0.075 to 3 m/sec). Insert two links for separate ON/OFF set points or just one link for a Hi or Lo flow alarm. Set the relay actuation time delay from 0 to 80 seconds.The clamp-on ultrasonic sensor mounts on the outside of metal or platic pipes without cutting the pipe or shutting down flow. It works on any pipe diameter 1/2" (12.5 mm) or larger and installs in minutes.A bright LED indicator shows the relay state and a LED bargraph shows the flow rate. Electronics are housed in a watertight polycarbonate wall-mount enclosure.

AREA-VELOCITY METERS

AVFM 6.1 AREA-VELOCITY FLOW METER MANTARAY PORTABLE AREA-VELOCITY METER STINGRAY 2.0 LEVEL-VELOCITY LOGGER

AVFM 6.1 measures flow through open channels, partially full pipes and surcharged pipes without a flume or weir. Ideal for wastewater stormwater, effluent, industrial wastewater & irrigation water.The AVFM 6.1 uses a submerged ultrasonic sensor to continuously measure both Velocity and Level in the channel. The sensor resists fouling, corrosion and abrasion. The flow meter can be configured with the standard submerged velocity-level sensor, or with submerged velocity plus a separate non-contacting ultrasonic level sensor, for highly aerated fluids or those with high concentration of suspended solids.

MantaRay Portable Area-Velocity Flow Meter measures flow in open channels, partially filled and surcharged pipes using an ultrasonic sensor. It's designed for monitoring stormwater, sewage, industrial effluent, irrigation water and natural streams. The MantaRay displays and datalogs flow rate and total flow and connects to samplers, SCADA and telemetry systems.The MantaRay uses a submerged ultrasonic sensor to continuously measure flow or reverse flow in open channels, partially filled or surcharged pipes. The sensor is a completely sealed ultrasonic unit with no orifices or ports.

Stingray 2.0 is a compact, battery-powered logger with an ultrasonic sensor. It data logs level, velocity and water temperature readings for flow monitoring through open channels, partially full sewer pipes and surcharged pipes. Idealfor flow surveys, I & I studies, stormwater, irrigation water and sewage.Stingray 2.0 uses a submerged ultrasonic sensor to continuously measure both velocity and level in the channel.Four (4) standard Alkaline D-cell batteries. The Stingray 2.0 will operate up to 4 years! The inexpensive Alkaline batteries are readily available, and with an extremely low self discharge rate they will reliably power the energy-efficient Stingray 2.0 for the duration of your flow study.

SLT 5.0 non-contacting ultrasonic sensor above the liquid to continuously monitor level or flow. The Sensor self-tunes to extended cable lengths so the electronics enclosure/display can be mounted at a convenient location.Set-up is fast and easy through the SLT 5.0 calibration menu. Use the built-in keypad to scroll through the menu prompts and configure the SLT 5.0 to display level in your choice of measurement units (ft, inches, meters, mm, gallons, liters,
percent etc.) for vertical and horizontal round tanks. Connect external devices through the SLT 5.0's isolated 4-20mA output or control relays.
DLT 2.0 is a simple solution for barscreen level control at wastewater treatment plant headworks, pump stations and combined sewer systems. It includes two non-contacting ultrasonic sensors to measure level. With sensors positioned above a channel, up and downstream from the barscreen, the DLT 2.0 can display and transmit differential level. The downstream sensor can also be installed above a flume or weir to measure and totalize open channel flow.Install one Sensor on each side of barscreen to continuously monitor, transmit and control level. Use the built-in control relays or 4-20mA outputs to automatically activate the barscreen rake at preset levels.
OCF 5.0 uses a non-contacting ultrasonic sensor mounted over a
flume or weir to measure flow. It is accurate, reliable and verifiable.
The separate, watertight electronics display enclosure can be mounted
within 500 ft (150 m) of the sensor. OCF 5.0 continuously displays, totalizes, transmits and data logs open channel flow.Use the built-in keypad for fast, easy calibration with menu selection of flume or weir and measurement units (e.g. gallons, liters etc.) Calibration values and data logs are password-protected and retained during power interruptions. OCF 5.0 will display on-screen flow reports with daily total, minimum, maximum and average flow and will transfer data logs to a USB flash drive. PC software is included.
