OPTIMASS 2400 has been developed to meet the demanding custody transfer requirements of the oil and gas industry, it is well suited to bulk measurement in many applications. The option of Super Duplex (UNS S32750) provides a maximum operating pressure of 180 barg. A high level of performance makes the OPTIMASS 2400 suitable for the bulk measurement of petroleum and oil as well as products like syrup, molasses and raw chemicals.

With Entrained Gas Management (EGM) – the New standard for entrained gas immunity; Cryogenic & high temperature applications from -200 to +400 °C / -328 to 752 °F; and Highest accuracy for mass flow and density (pressure independent). OPTIMASS 6400 uses proven, patented flow splitter technology that provides minimum pressure loss. Available in DN 08 to 100 and in 3 different materials: 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy® C-22 and Duplex UNS31803. |
The OPTIBATCH 4011 is the standard Coriolis mass flowmeter for process batching of conductive and non-conductive liquids. It is a highly accurate and specialised meter for linear and rotating filling machines. The fully welded maintenance-free device with twin U-shape is particularly suitable for hygienic applications in the pharmaceutical or food and beverage industries. It can be equipped with DIN11864-2 hygienic flange connections, hygienic clamp connections or many other bespoke fittings according to customer specifications. |

The Smart Application Server (Micro size + Wireless) SASMW is an embedded converter for Krohne products. Its small size allows the system to be installed within many compact converters or within nearby electrical conduit. It’s primary func on is to act as an extension of the converter to add addional industrial interfaces such as Ethernet/IP™).Since the system is smart, it also provides an addional pathway to configure and monitor the meter. It has a local secure email agent that allows data sets or level alarms to be securely emailed or texted. |
The MFC 400 mass flow signal converter from KROHNE is perfectly suited to all measuring tasks offering high performance with air entrainment, excellent zero stability and advanced density measurement It offers seven measuring functions in one device: mass flow rate, mass counter, density, temperature, volume flow rate, volume counter & concentration of fluids, including alcohol concentration. The MFC 400 is fitted with an extensive diagnostics package providing condition based monitoring. It is insensitive to gas entrainment, and can be provided with a stainless steel housing.
