OPTITEMP TT 12 C is a universal programmable 2-wire head-mounted temperature transmitter for Pt100 and Pt1000 RTD elements or thermocouple (TC) elements. The cost-effective transmitter offers reliable temperature measurement in all basic applications and is particularly suitable for use in the food and beverage industry and in HVAC installations. The OPTITEMP TT 12 C features an extremely compact design with a height of only 10.5 mm, offering ease of installation into all DIN B connection heads. Thanks to its rugged design, it withstands external influences such as shocks and vibrations up to 10 g.
OPTITEMP TT 53 C is a universal, programmable, 2-wire head-mounted temperature transmitter. The galvanically isolated transmitter works with RTD elements, thermocouple (TC) elements or other inputs (mV and Ω). It supports wireless Near Field Communication (NFC) as well as Bluetooth® communication. The OPTITEMP TT 53 C transmitter can thus be remotely configured and monitored using mobile devices with the OPTICHECK Temperature Mobile app installed.
OPTITEMP TT 51 C is a universal, programmable high-performance 2-wire head-mounted temperature transmitter with HART® communication. The galvanically isolated dual input device works with RTD elements, thermocouple (TC) elements or other inputs (mV and Ω) in 2-, 3- or 4-wire circuit. It stands for proven stability, reliability as well as high accuracy and boasts a minimum measuring error of±0.05% of span in 5 years. The HART® transmitter offers extended diagnostic information (e.g. open or short circuit monitoring etc.). Its unique "SmartSense" function allows insulation resistance monitoring to prevent measuring errors.

OPTITEMP TT 33C universal, programmable 2-wire head-mounted temperature transmitter. Galvanically isolated transmitter works with RTD and thermocouple elements or other inputs (mV and Ω). it withstands external influences such as shocks and vibrations up to 10 g, as may occur in OEM machinery applications with a fast step response time of just 0.15 s and high accuracy (±0.08 % of span). It's low temperature drift (±0.01% of span) makes regular calibration less necessary. Temperature transmitter provides a temperature linear current output (4…20 mA). It is also approved for use in hazardous areas.

The transmitter meets virtually any process requirement. Thanks to its high galvanic isolation (4000 VAC), the OPTITEMP TT 32 R offers high safety. Its unique "SmartSense" function allows insulation resistance monitoring to prevent measuring errors. The temperature transmitter is available with current output (4…20 mA) or voltage output (0…10 VDC). Available as 24 VDC or 230 VAC version.

OPTITEMP TT 31 R is a universal, programmable 2-wire rail-mounted temperature transmitter with one or two channels (two inputs, two outputs). The universal device works with RTD elements, thermocouple (TC) elements or other inputs (mV and Ω). OPTITEMP TT 31 R is also available as intrinsically safe version. For hazardous applications, no Zener barriers or intrinsically safe power supply units are necessary which reduces costs considerably. The rail-mounted transmitter is designed for installation on a DIN rail.

 

OPTITEMP TT 22 R is a programmable 2-wire rail-mounted temperature transmitter. It works with a Pt100 RTD element in 3-wire configuration. The device features a robust design and excellent performance even under demanding conditions such as varying ambient temperatures, vibrations, moisture and radio interferences. It provides a temperature linear current output (4…20 mA). OPTITEMP TT 22 R can be easily configured from a PC using the ConSoftTM software with configuration kit ICON. Thanks to the user-friendly interface, parameters like measurement range or failure indication can be set or re-set within seconds. Using PC configuration, no calibration is required. The temperature transmitter is designed to be mounted on a DIN rail. A dedicated head-mounted version is available with the OPTITEMP TT 22 C.
