Provide customers and sales channels with expert application knowledge to facilitate the purchase, installation and satisfaction of our products. This will be done through training, and field support. Provide these services both on and off site, with the focus being on hiring, managing, and training contracted Field Service Provider's to handle on site requests. This will provide customers with faster response times, and lowering the travel costs.

  • Start-up and commissioning services on site.
  • Repair (converter).
  • Repair (Primary).
  • Recalibration services at the nearest facility (for example USA, Netherlands, China, Brazil), or insitu calibration checks using the Krohne OptiCheck.
  • Training for customers at the nearest local facility or on site at the customers facilities.
