OPTISWIRL 4200 is capable to master even fluctuating pressures and temperatures. The OPTISWIRL 4200 is equipped with a temperature compensation for saturated steam applications. With the optional pressure sensor the OPTISWIRL 4200 has an integrated density compensation available, which even allows an exact measurement of gases & superheated steam with varying process conditions. The additional integrated gross and net heat measurement makes the OPTISWIRL 4200 a reliable partner for advanced energy management systems. With the novel AVFD (Advanced Vortex Frequency Detection) the OPTISWIRL 4200 is fitted with an up-to-date signal filter. |
The OPTISWIRL is optionally available with REMOTE FIELD HOUSING for installation of converter 50 meters (164 feet) away from sensor and also as a dual version. This is a genuine redundant system with two independent measuring sensors and two signal converters. This provides twofold functional reliability and availability of the measurement. This variant is ideally suited for measurements in multiproduct pipelines. In such pipelines, two different products are moved through one after the other. One signal converter can be programmed for one product, and the other signal converter for the other product. |

The OPTISWIRL 5080 is a Vortex flowmeter for high temperature applications up to +430°C / +806°F. The flowmeter is particularly designed for measurement of saturated and superheated steam above +240°C / +464°F. Other applications involve high temperature media like thermo oil or other heat transfer liquids as well as high temperature process and auxiliary gases. Advanced Vortex Frequency Detection (AVFD) technology for signal filtering, allowing stable measurements even under demanding process conditions.

The OPTISWIRL 2100 is a Vortex flowmeter for basic utility applications in all industries. The 2-wire device is the ideal choice when it comes to reliable flow measurement of conductive and non-conductive liquids, (wet) gases or steam where high accuracy is not required. The flowmeter features the robust Vortex technology of the OPTISWIRL product series, but does without the high-end options of the more powerful OPTISWIRL 4200. This makes it one of the most cost-effective Vortex flowmeters in the market. This Vortex flowmeter is also equipped with the field-proven Advanced Vortex Frequency Detection (AVFD) technology for signal filtering, allowing stable measurements even under demanding process conditions.
