Ultra 4 offers the sophistication and advanced features of the rest of the Ultra range in a compact, cost effective package and useful new features that make it even easier to set up and fine-tune. Four alarm or control relays and a multi-functional display. Ultra 4 is compatiable with both dB ultrasonic and dBR radar transducers and can be either wall or fasica mounted and includes HART, Profibus and Modbus digital communications options.

Ultra 5 is a non-contact ultrasonic measurement system with the capability to measure level, volume, differential level, open channel flow, and control up to 5 pumps. Standard features include 1 4-20mA output, 5 SPDT relays, keypad and display. It is available in a wall mount, fascia mount, panel & rack mount configuration. The optional Ultra 5 Full Spec unit comes additionally with 1 mA input and 1 external temperature input.

UltraTwin is a non-contact ultrasonic measurement system with the capability to measure 2 levels, 2 volumes, differential level, 2 open channel flows, and/or control up to 6 pumps. Standard features include 2 4-20mA outputs, 6 SPDT relays, keypad and 2 LCD displays. It is available as a wall mount enclosure.

Blackbox 130 is a compact, low-cost, intelligent controller that offers non-contacting level measurement. Available as a wall mount option with an integral display allowing users to locally program the unit giving an instant indication of level. The Blackbox 130 unit features a 4-20mA output, and two alarm or control relays.Economical and easy to operate, Blackbox units can be set-up using the integral keypad on the controller and optional interface cable. The unit is able to measure from 125 mm (0.41 ft) right through to 40 m (130 ft).

Pulsar transducers offer robust, Nema 6P construction for submersed conditions and have UV rated, weatherproof cable. The microprocessor shall provide 24 Vdc to the transducer, which is converted into a 3,000 V peak-to-peak high frequency ultrasonic pulse and focused within a narrow beam to the monitored surface. The return echo is transformed to a current signal for eliminating electrical noise and returned back to the microprocessor for signal processing. The “Effective Beam Angle” is 3 degrees or less.

The dBi HART transducers are a range of self-contained, intelligent, non-contacting level sensors. The Device Type Manager (DTM) from Pulsar Measurement enhances the dBi's capabilities meaning that end-users are able to communicate with the ultrasonic level sensors using FDT framework applications such as PACTware. The dBi HART non-contacting level sensors also benefit from Pulsar Measurement's world-leading DATEM technology. DATEM enables the sensors to zone in on the echo from the true target, ignoring stationary echoes from other elements in the measurement path, eliminating the commonly seen loss of echo problem.

The dBi Profibus series transducers are a range of non-contacting, ultrasonic level sensors that make use of the widely used Profibus Protocols. The self-contained level sensors are available in a variety of different measurement ranges ranging from 125 mm to 15 m (4.9 in to 49.2 ft) to suit a wide range of applications from wastewater level measurement to industrial level requirements. The dBi Profibus non-contacting level sensors are compatible with Profibus profile 3.0.2 and provide very high resolution to give exceptional accuracy and a rapid response time of 1 second! The sensors also benefit from Pulsar Measurement's unique DATEM echo processing technology, so the level sensors are able to zone in on the true target and map out interferences. The transducers can be programmed with Pulsar's PC Software or using PLC / HMI with Profibus Network. |
