OPTIFLUX 7300 |
WATERFLUX 3070 |
WATERFLUX |
The OPTIFLUX 7300 combines the advantages of non wetted capacitive electrodes, a ceramic liner and the IFC 300 converter. This electromagnetic flowmeter can be used for noisy applications, low conductivities, mediums tending to form an insulating film, applications with high vibrations, and oxidizing, abrasive and toxic mediums.
|
WATERFLUX 3070 is the first battery powered water meter for the drinking water industry that is capable of measuring flow, pressure and temperature with one sensor. Water meters are distributed over a widespread area and are often in difficult-to-reach locations. The WATERFLUX 3070 offers many features and benefits to meet the market requirements like simplified installation, integrated diagnostics, a long battery lifetime, multiple power options for any location, remote communication options and low overall maintenance.
|
WATERFLUX measuring tube has a smooth, conical shape. This unique design, consisting of a rectangular cross section, optimized stainless steel electrodes and a homogeneous magnetic field, forms the basis for a flow-optimizing pipe cross section, and thereby provides reliable measurements that are largely independent of the flow profile. |

POWERFLUX |
TIDALFLUX 2300 |
OPTIFLUX 5000 in flanged version is available in a diameter range of DN15 up to DN300 / 1/2 up to 12". The flow sensor is offered in a large range of pressure ratings and is configurable with the IFC 050 & IFC100 and the IFC 300 signal converter. The flow meter can be ordered in stainless steel version and is also optionally suitable in hazardous areas. Installation of the OPTIFLUX 5000 can be simplified by choosing the virtual reference option. Grounding rings can then be omitted. This can only be combined with the IFC 300 signal converter. |
The POWERFLUX 4000 is an electromagnetic flow sensor specifically constructed for radiation areas. Al the used materials for construction of the flow sensor are selected and tested to meet the demands for the use in nuclear environments. The fully welded construction has proven itself with a huge track record of applications in the most hostile and demanding environments. |
TIDALFLUX 4000 flow sensor with integrated and non-contact capacitive level measuring system provides accurate flow measurement in partially filled pipes. TIDALFLUX is designed to measure reliably between 10% and 100% of the pipe cross section. The integrated level sensors in the liner are in no contact with the liquid and are therefore insensitive against fat and oil floating on the surface. |

BATCHFLUX 5500 |
BATCHFLUX 3100 |
AF-E 400 |
BATCHFLUX 5500 C is the successor to the BATCHFLUX 5015 C. The BATCHFLUX 5500 C offers some major improvements for the most commenly use sizes: DN10 and DN15. It has a better versatility of applications with a much better performance in difficult applications like fibrous products, hot filling and CIP / SIP processes The BATCHFLUX 5500 C has en extreme low energy consumption. For the owner of the filling machine this means lower operation costs. .
|
The BATCHFLUX 3100 is an electromagnetic flowmeter (EMF) for rotary or linear filling machines. It is the economical solution for filling applications with conductive liquids. Due to its unique ceramic measuring tube, the mag meter features good repeatability and long-term stability. The flowmeter has an ultra-compact lightweight housing ideal for the tight spaces in volumetric filling machines. It can be used for filling of water or carbonised drinks. The EMF is suitable for common CIP cleaning procedures.
|
AF-E 400 is for utility applications and industrial automation. This ultra-compact mag meter is ideal for applications with conductive liquids in tight spaces, It features best-in-class accuracy in every flow range, allowing optimal processing in automation. Round bore reduction of the sensor makes the flowmeter more resilient in terms of increased pressure, ensuring high accuracy over a wide pressure and temperature range. Integrated temperature measurement eliminates the need for an additional sensor.

IFC 100 SIGNAL CONVERTER |
IFC 300 SIGNAL CONVERTER |
IFC 050 SIGNAL CONVERTER |
IFC 100 electromagnetic signal converter is designed to measure the flow velocity, conductivity, volume and mass flow of electrically conductive, liquid media. The signal converter can be combined with any measuring sensor, making it very widely used. In terms of available housing versions, there is a compact variant, in which the signal converter is connected to the measuring sensor, as well as a 0° and 45° version. |
IFC 300 is the only electromagnetic flow converter with 3 x diagnostics of instrument, application and
accuracy. IFC 300 fits to all sensors and is suitable for all applications. The signal converter can be combined with any measuring sensor, making it very widely used. In terms of available housing versions, there is a compact variant, in which the signal converter is connected to the measuring sensor, as well as the field, wall-mounted and 19" rack-mounted housing. |
The IFC 050 was especially designed for measurements in different types of water processes. The signal converter can be used for virtually all water processes from raw water to drinking water. The signal converter IFC 050 in combination with the flow sensors is a perfect choice for measuring conductive fluids. The output represents measured values for flow, mass and conductivity. |

DWM 1000/2000 |
OPTIPROBE |
OPTICHECK VERIFICATION |
DWM 2000 is a electromagnetic flowmeter to monitor the flow of conductive liquids, pastes and slurries. This insertion-type device is adjustable from 1…8 m/s. A welding socket is supplied as standard for welding the DWM 2000 directly onto process pipes (2…16"). The long version (DWM 2000 L) is suited for larger pipe diameters or open channels. It comes with either a threaded connection or sliding connection. Both versions are equipped with a safety chain for safe removal of the sensor and with an optional isolation valve. |
OPTIPROBE is an electromagnetic insertion-type flowmeter for flow monitoring of conductive clean liquids in water and wastewater applications. The reliable and corrosion resistant flowmeter comes with different designs. Next to a basic version with fixed insertion length (Model A), the flowmeter is also available with an adjustable insertion length of up to 400 mm (Model B) that can be easily fixed and released by an integrated ball valve. This makes it the ideal flowmeter for retrofitting pipes without process interruption (hot tapping), allowing the flowmeter to be installed and removed under pressure. |
The OPTICHECK is the essential tool for making sure that your installed flowmeters are performing to specification.
When you connect the tool in-line on site, it gathers measuring data to ensure that the flowmeter is performing within 1%* of the factory calibration. The baseline can be historic repair data from the factory or on-site test results after performing a full verification. |
